Q: What’s your payment term?
A: TERMS OF PAYMENT: T/T, L/C, Western Union.

Q: What is the leading time?
A: Usually 15-20 days after receive the deposit.

Q: Can i make the customize design?
A: Yes, all our models on website just the sample design, we can make the customize design
According to your location details,the CAD drawing of location will be more helpful.

Q: How many days you can finish the design if we send the layout of location?
A: Usually about 2-3 working. Also We will revise design If you would like to change something.

Q: Can we choose color of products?
A: Yes, we have veries colors for your opition, welcome to contact with our sales department to show you what colors we have.

Q: What certificate did you have?
A: We have CE, TUV EN1176, ASTM, ISO certificate.

Q: What is the warranty time?
A: Our warranty time is one year.

Q: Can I make the products with my own logo?
A: Of course, you can send your logo for us we can desgin in your product.

Q: I want to work with you,but I’m not familiar with your products,how could i do?
A: Don’t worry. We have professional salesman to contact with you,and we have description the product details for you.

Q: Are you the factory or trading company?
A: We are the factory, we do products development, design, production, sell and so on.

Q: Where we can see you face to face?
A: We attend at least eight trade show per year worldwide, such as Hong Kong toys fair, RAAPA Moscow, CAPPA China,DEAL Dubai, IAAPA Asia,EAS show European, IAAPA US, Atrax Turkey and so on.

Q: What is your mainly market?
A: Our produce mostly for export, 80% exported to abroad every year. Our mainly market Europe,Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australian and America.
